ü       Meet with a company to operate concession stand

o       Discuss difference in franchise payment versus annual profit from concession stand

ü       Basketball

o       League and Team update from Commissioners

o       Acknowledge Midget Girls Championship

o       Discuss merging programs for next year

ü       Baseball

o       Registration update

o       Winter clinics

o       Swatara Baseball update

o       Attendance at SBA meetings

ü       Meeting will change to 4^th Monday of each month starting next month.

ü       Fundraising

o       Identify fundraising projects
