at the Chambers Hill Fire House, in the Swatara room.

PARENTS who have offered to help out for Baseball, this is the meeting to come to!

Meeting topics will include:

ü       Meet with a company to operate concession stand

o       Discuss difference in franchise payment versus annual profit from concession stand

ü       Basketball

o       League and Team update from Commissioners

o       Discuss team party plans

ü       Baseball

o       Update on Crest field improvements

o       Report on first registrations

o       Swatara Baseball update

ü       Discuss change of meeting night, time and location for future meetings.

ü       Fundraising

o       Opening day planning.

o       Baseball fund raising.

All parents are invited and encouraged to attend and provide input.
