Basketball Registrations 2008

For boys and girls age 5-14 years old

 

 

Registrations held at Chambers Hill Fire Department, Swatara Room

 

 

Saturday, October 4, 2008 from 9:00AM – Noon

 

 

Costs:

Age 8 to 14 $45.00 *^

Age 5 to 7 $30.00 *^

Family league cost $95.00*

*plus fundraiser participation or buyout ($21/child, Family $50)

^ Take a $10 discount during registration period

Payment expected at time of registration

Please bring completed and signed forms to registrations

 

If your child no longer participates in CHAA activities the directions to remove yourself from this list is listed below
