monthly meeting will be

at the Chambers Hill Fire House, in the Swatara room.

Meeting topics will include:

ü       Nominations and Elections

o       Need to seek individuals for top offices, some electives will be leaving office at end of year.

o       Need new people to learn to take over to prevent a closure of CHAA.

ü       Basketball

o       Basketball commissioner needs to be found to maintain program

o       Discuss basketball signups

o       Next basketball signup is October 4, 2008 9:00 AM till Noon at Swatara room in Fire Department

ü       Baseball

o       Discuss Crest field improvements

o       Discuss list presented to Swatara Township.

o       Swatara Baseball discussion

ü       Fundraising

o       Fundraising for basketball is a sub sale that is underway.

o
